Palm Lane Properties, established in 2018 by Michael (Coolidge, AZ) & Sarah (Superior, AZ), focuses on buying homes for cash and flipping properties with the goal of revitalizing neighborhoods & providing safe, lasting homes.

Our sister company, Palm Lane Construction, was founded in 2014 and operates as a fully licensed contractor, offering professional construction services to the public. Both companies are owned and operated by Michael and Sarah, allowing us to seamlessly manage every aspect of our projects—from acquisition to renovation.
